Which countries do we not ship to?
Here is the current list of countries that we currently can't fulfill orders to due to Import Laws:

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in China.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our fast processing times, any change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will not be accepted. However, you may return your order for a full refund after it has been received.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as popular payments PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday and typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped the next day after processing, and please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund and an additional coupon will be generated for you to retain your business.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD ($ - You might see the price converted into your currency). You may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once your order arrives at its final destination. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay.
How do I return an item?

What should I do if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and photographs of the item(s) and all related references to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank for information on when the credit will be posted to your account.
